Led turn-around and transformation of a 5,000+ person applications organization resulting in significant ongoing operating efficiency. Major initiatives included a) definition of business-aligned strategy; b) transformation to a product-focused, Agile development organization; c) digitizing core platforms via a services layer; d) launch of a core platform modernization program; e) selecting and transitioning to new strategic IT partners resulting significant labor cost savings; f) implementing a software quality program to deliver significant improvements in software reliability, etc. These actions achieved $60MM+ in run-rate savings.

TRANSFORMING TO MANAGED SERVICE MODEL
Led transformation of an applications organization to achieve critical execution efficiency goals. Major initiatives included a) organization restructuring; b) creation of a digital sales and marketing platform; c) transition to new strategic managed services partners; and d) formalizing new operating practices. These actions yielded a 37% labor cost reduction.

BUILDING A NEW ORGANIZATION
Led the creation of a new global software delivery organization to create competitive advantage, transformational business capabilities, and operating efficiencies for independent and Company-owned operating entities. Within the first year, created an end-to-end business template solution with best-in-class business processes, and, within four years, successfully deployed the solution to operations in China, Philippines, Australia, South Africa, and Germany.
